At LightBurn Software, we offer a 30-day trial period to ensure our software meets your needs before purchase; however, once a license key has been activated, we are generally unable to offer refunds. If you have not yet activated your license or have purchased physical hardware, please follow the steps below to initiate a return.

Return Process

    Verify Eligibility

    Ensure your request is made within 30 days of purchase and that the license key has not been permanently activated on any machine.

    Contact Support

    Email our support team with your order number and the email address used for the purchase to request a deactivation or return authorization.

  • 3.
    Hardware Return Shipping

    If returning physical goods like cameras or cables, pack the items securely in their original packaging and ship them to our designated return center.

  • 4.
    Refund Processing

    Once we verify the license status or receive the returned hardware, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
